Finishing Up

Hello everyone; well, we are almost done, and I mean done. This has been an excellent 10-day trip. We caught Yellowfin tuna, Wahoo, Pargo, Yellowtail, Sierra Mackerel, Grouper, Calico Bass, Barracuda, Halibut, and lots of good times.

Weather was good most of the trip, but we did have some roller-coaster rides a few days, but not much to talk about. We are now headed north, and we will try our luck at a few Rockfish, before calling it a trip. This is a very popular trip, and this one will fill fast, as most of the passengers will sign up once again. As far as fishing goes today, we caught Yellowtail in the 12-to-15-pound range, a few Halibuts, some Jumbo Calico Bass, and lots of Barracuda and Bonita. The Barracuda and Bonita were released back to the ocean.

With the year almost over, I’d would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years. I’ll be going home for the holidays, but my brother Tommie will be taking over the duties, updating the web page.

So, until next year for me, good luck and good fishing. Team R/p.
