BBT (Biting Bluefin Tuna)

Hello everyone; Well weather continues to be good, with flat seas, overcast skies and 75 degrees. The weather is not the only thing that’s good, so is the fishing. For the last 24 hours, we have landed 28 Bluefin tuna, with some losses, and one fish about 200 pound bit by a Mako shark. Most of the fish were well over the hundred pound mark, with a few smaller one’s around 50 pounds.

The HOT ticket for these giants is something heavy, 250 to 500 gram jigs. We did manage to get one on the dead flying fish today, and one bite on the yummy flyer. The group is happy, and having a ball.

Not much more to report, I’m headed back down on deck to help out, hopefully with more giants. Until tomorrow, wish us luck, team R/p.
