Looking Good

Hello everyone, well as I said earlier, things are about to change. And boy did they change for us. Around 13:00 hours, the Yellowfin started getting busy. For about two hours, the kite was hot and heavy. When I say heavy, I mean heavy. We got a few over two hundred pounds, and more in the 140 to 180 range. We had a few personnel best, as the giants started to get busy. Of course you will have some heartbreaks, but that’s fishing. We ended our day, or should I say are afternoon with 38 giants and one lonely Wahoo. We trolled most of the morning, and the lockjaw affect is still in order. Largest Yellowfin to day was a 285 pound giant. We went through our bait supply of bigger baits. Flying fish, so tonight we will fill up once again. As I’m typing I can hear the crew “Stop The Boat” there coming aboard. The sharks didn’t play a roll in our catching today, I guess Neptune told them to stay away for now. So hopefully they will give another brake tomorrow.
