ANOTHER GOOD DAY

Good morning everyone;

Well it’s not much I can say about today, just great weather, great people, and good fishing. We had Yellowfin up to 240 pounds today. Lucky angler was Eric Mulay. Eric was first up on the kite, and BANG!!! It didn’t take long, with that big reel he was using (A Standard 80), (with 1:1 gear ‘s).

Most of the Yellowfin today were in the 90-120 size, and a few larger one’s in the 140-190 range. Eric’s fish was the first one over two hundred, so far. We tried trolling for Wahoo, but we had better success on the anchor.

If you put your time in at the rail, you could get a few Wahoo, but then there’s getting bit by a giant Yellowfin tuna.

Weather continues to be good, with the ground swell almost gone. Winds out of the northeast at 10-12 knots, and we did get a little sunshine today.

Last night the flying fish was good, with the moon coming out later in the night. We caught all we needed for tomorrow, quick, fast, and a hurry. So I will close for now, but until tomorrow, wish us luck. Team R/p
