Hello everyone;

Our weather is just gorgeous, with a slight breeze (4 to 6 knots), clear skies and warm. Our water temperature is 68.00 degrees. The crew was busy doing there normal going home list, and the passengers are on a movie marathon. With that note, I hope the weather stays the same and we will report back tomorrow. The R/p crew.

Hi Everyone;

Weather was absolutely perfect warm sunny and flat calm. Fishing was quite good. We started in the gray with 12 Yellowfin tuna in the 50 pound catogory, and then scratched the rest of the day another 24 fish that were all from 160to 190 pounds. We had fish boiling around the boat most of the day. It was difficult to get a bite, but when you did it was a nice fish.

It is pretty sensational that here at the end of February one can still catch these beautiful fish just 600 miles from San Diego. Our group is quite happy and content and all will be flying home. The Royal Polaris will arrive in San Diego on February 26th at 08:45 hours. The R/p crew.

Hi folks;

Weather is gorgeous with a slight ripple on the water. Fishing was quite frustrating. We saw lots of 200 pound to 350 pound Yellowfin tuna today. They would boil down wind, up wind and off the stern and bow. Almost every time, we would hook nothing. We caught 9 fish today. One at 201 pound Yellowfin tuna, and 5 at 160 to 175 pounds. Three more fish at dark that were 50 pounders.

Tomorrow is another day and we have very high hopes for a good last day of fishing. The R/p crew.

Hi folks;

Gorgeous traveling weather, sunny and 7 to 8 knots of breeze. We will arrive at Lusitania bank before daybreak to drop our anchor and hope for an early morning bite. We could sure use your good wishes ans we would like to top off our holds with some more big ones. We will report tomorrow. The R/p crew.

Hi folks;

Weather today was perfect. Sunny and light breeze. Fishing today was far from perfect. We did not catch one fish today as the fish stayed close to the island and never came out to the buffer zone. With little room left in our fish holds, we have taken off for Lusitania bank and will arrive there Saturday morning. We are hoping for a few more big one's. Wish us luck, the R/p crew.

Hi folks;

Weather today was a bit breezy, but sunny. Our fishing today was pretty darn sensational. We scratched a little in the morning, but at noon we found an excellent school of biting fish on black porpoise. We caught 68 Yellowfin tuna to 300 plus pounds. We caught 3 fish over 200 pounds. A 242, 227, and a 221. The luck angler for the day was Mark Frankenburg who landed a 304 pound Yellowfin, using a sardine and 130 pound Jerry Brown (line one) spectra and a 130 pound Blackwater flowcarbon. Mark is from Georgia. He made his first trip last April, when he caught a 314 pound Yellowfin tuna. Another hot angler today was Chris Peterson, who caught 2 fish over 200 plus pounds, and several more in the 140 to 170 pound category.

So until tomorrow wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our upcoming events. The R/p crew.
