The reels consisted in anything from Trinidad\u2019s to the new talicas in just about every size. We used the entire range of rods and reels in our fishing over the course of the 10 days. We fished offshore and nearshore and all the rods and reels performed flawlessly. One of the preferred set ups was the 7\u20196\u201d IMX Pro Offshore 40-60 pound heavy rod with a talica 12 and 50 pound line. We were able to use this for wahoo, tuna and yellowtail.
