Boat Reports
WOW!!!! (050713)
Hello everyone;

Only one word could describe today fishing, WOW!! We had an excellent day of Yellowfin tuna fishing, with most of the fish in the 150 to180 range, and a couple over 200 pounds. We did have some heartbreaks today, but that comes with fishing.

Our morning started at 05:30 hours, with Yellowfin jumping around the boat, with multiple hook-ups, but as fast as our morning started it cooled off, then around lunch, things started up again. We are almost full, and we are hoping things will not change. Tomorrow will be our last day of fishing, then we will head to Cabo San Lucas.

The weather today was a bit warm, but the northeast breeze keep things a bit comfortable for everyone aboard. So until fingers and keyboard meet again, good luck and good fishing. The R/p crew.

Giants Make A Showing (050513)
Hello everyone;

The weather is not the only thing that was hot today. We had an excellent day of fishing, with Giant Yellowfin making a show. We had 6 fish over the 200 pound mark, with the largest going to Tammie Ludington at 241 pounds. Most of the fish were in the 150 to 170 pound range. The bite started at daybreak and we keep one going until first call for lunch.

The after noon was a bit slow, but when you only have a handful of anglers at the rail, that might be the reason. Some parts of the afternoon, we would only have 2 or 3 fisherman, due to the early morning battles. We will try to make a tank of flyer's tonight, and give it the old college try again tomorrow, so wish us luck, the R/p crew.

And The Beat Gose On (050813)
Hello everyone;

I only have one word to say about today fishing, Awesome. Thats all I can say about it".FULL IS THE WORD ," We will try to squeeze in some Wahoo on top tomorrow then call it a trip. We had another 4 fish over 200 pounds, with the average size of Yellowfin in the 180 to 199 range today. Weather continues to be wonderful, with a slight breeze, but it's still very warm. We will fish until 12:00 hours tomorrow, then call it a trip and head for Cabo San Lucas.

So with that note, we will close for now. The R/p crew.

P.S. We will post photos once we get to Cabo San Lucas.

Another Tough Day (050313)
Good morning everyone;

Weather continues to be excellent, with flat seas, clear skies, and sunny. Fishing started out with a bang, with 2 fish over 200 pounds and a few others in the 180 to 190 range, but by mid-morning, things slowed considerable to a starch at best. It was a very slow afternoon, but the life is here. Lots of fishing jumping, chasing flying fish, just not biting yet. We are hoping things will change soon. So wish us luck, the Rp crew.
